All You Need is Love

Well, maybe not ALL you need. Air, food, water, clothing, shelter are helpful as well, right?

Ahhh, but alas Valentine's Day is nearly here. Poor Jon has to work on Love Day so we celebrated today as our own family Valentine's Day. And what better way to spend the day than with friends (whom we LOVE too!)

This morning I came downstairs to both living rooms covered in this! Amazing, isn't it. Jon said he wanted to show me how much the boys love me. Seriously, I could not have married a better husband than if I pulled him out of a cracker jack box and won a special prize! The words blessed and lucky do not even come close to describing having married such a wonderful man.

A dozen of these are what he came home from work with.

Munchkin's 1st Valentine's Day!

Animal Love. Shawn's alligator from Mommy & Daddy.

And a new game... more to chose from for family game time :)

Stellaluna. An old classic.

What 1st Valentine's Day would be complete without a monkey for our little monkey?

Photographer Mommy made up this special baby teether album just for this little guy. It is filled with some of his favorite people (yes, his girlfriend is included in there) ;)

Mommy Hugs. Look at that little redhead on the cover. Remind you of someone?

The package it all came in is the best gift of all.

Love of a Family

Still can't believe my baby is 8 months old!

Besties & Lovies. Friends like this one are hard to come by. She has been there for me through so many things. With all that is going on with my family right now, her support and shoulder are appreciated more than words can say.

My son and niece... love 'um both to pieces. Watching them together is almost sickening sweet.

In order to cope with this horrific camera experience poor Shawn needed the support of both his froggie and alligator.

I love the stories she tells me. And I'm thinkin' she likes the stories I tell her about Edward, Jasper, Alice, and the Cullen Crew. Next I'll be advising her not to be afraid of thunderstorms because its just the vampires playing baseball.
(Ya don't have to say it, I know I'm a Twilight freak-a-zoid.)
