Happy 4th of July everyone! While our holiday wasn't spent exactly as we had hoped... it was still one that was wonderful. Nanny came down to spend the entire day with her grandbabes while I painted and helped Peeps at our new house. Jon spent the morning with the kiddos and then had to work. Through all the hectic times we kept in touch via phone to check up on how everyone was doing.
Nanny enjoyed every second of her day with the boys. They had all sorts of little adventures here at home. Things at the new house are coming along quite well. It has been 3 strait days of painting (12 1/2 hrs the 1st day, 14 hours the 2nd, and about 10 today!) and my hands and feet are beyond ouchie! The end result is all worth this though... showing the kiddos the new house and moving everything in!
None of this "painting & moving" business would be possible without the gracious help of some dear friends and family. My family has come to our rescue to help with painting, babysitting, and floor laying. Jon's family in Idaho has been there giving Jon some awesome advice for certain projects. Cody & Lynda are coming up in a few days to help out and spend the night in our new home! Last but not least... some awesome friends... Stef, Liz & John, Audra, Lindsey (and Tearsa gets counted as friends/family.) Thank you all soooo much for donating your time and talents to helping us get things wrapped up. We know we are very fortunate to have such an amazing group of friends and family willing to help us out with our new adventure! Thank you, thank you, thank you all!!!
The past two nights I have felt so guilty missing the boys bedtime. Tonight I made sure to get home before hand to tuck my sweet little guys in. When I went out in the kitchen a large black case caught my eye... "Oh my gosh I haven't touched my camera in like three days!!!" With it being 4th of July I had to snap a few shots before the kiddos went up for the night.
***Our internet will be down for a few days during our big move... we'll be sure to update when we are back online!***

Aunt Tearsa... Shawn keeps saying "Thank you Aunt Tearsa for the animals book!"
He loves it!

What great pics of the kiddos- I've realized that I haven't seen them in a few days either! In person or by picture- I miss them!
Ugh painting- I swear I'll never touch another brush/roller again! I'm hiring a professional painter for when we move LMAO!!
I can't wait to see the new house all moved in & made in to a home instead of just a house with empty rooms. It'll be so fun to have a cookout there & to play outside (or on the screened in porch) :-)
