Fishy Fishy... Pike!

An adventurous day for the kiddos led to some major fun for Mommy & Daddy too. We headed south to visit Jon's brother Cody and our future sister-in-law, Lynda. Cabela's was the local meet up spot so we headed inside to take the boys for yet another tour of this animal themed warehouse.

The Creatures.

Uncle Cody: One of my Hero's.

Rhino! Behind you! ;)

Shawn's favorite, can't-pull-me-away-from-it spot: The Aquarium. This kid actually remembered EXACTLY where it was! If anyone has been to Cabelas, they know it is HUGE. I had no clue where the aquarium was... but Mr. Map Shawn lead the way.

Another animal crazed kiddo coming on...

Aunt Lynda loved showing me all the cool fishies.

Can't I just hold him for a second?

What about this one? He's looks friendly.

Now this is my fav! Aunt Lynda, can I have him?

Shawn could have spent all day, night, and week in here.

Rowdy lil one wanting down. Landon has figured out that if he squirms and squiggles enough he can get what he wants ;)

Daddy & Munch-i-kin

Mommy wanted in one too :)

Shawn took a stuffed version of this guy home :)

Uncle Cody teaching me about the fishies.

Aunt Lynda attacking me with the fishies!

Awesome day with Auntie and Unky.

Mommy couldn't resist getting me this pup pup.

Play time in the rustic bedroom setup.

After our fun-filled time at Cabela's we headed over to see Uncle Cody and Aunt Lynda's home for the first time. The kiddos were welcomed with tons of goodies and fun things to do.

Landon's 1st Kitty Experience.

Checking out the reptiles

Our Easter toys from Auntie and Unky.

Into EVERYTHING in sight (and out of sight too!)

Here kitty kitty Skyra... I just want to pet... er... grab you. Landon doesn't appear to be as gentle with his animals friends as what Shawn was as a baby. Looks like we'll be teaching "Nice Nice" to this lil one.

Gizmo.

Shawn's love for felines was in high gear today.

And Gizzy didn't mind one bit.

Daddy's Boy

Landon's first Gerber Yogurt Melt.

Here it is: The Face.

And more faces!

He was so curious of Skyra... Who's getting Landon his first kitty? ;)

Snack Time. Bananas just for me! Thanks Aunt Lynda :)

Swiping Shawn's coloring book (Aunt Lynda is going to make an awesome Mommy someday... she thought of everything to make us feel at home during our visit! Food, drinks, toys, and activities!)

Mommy I want some fishies too!

More torturing of the yogurt melts (believe it or not he actually did like them.)

Cool capsules that turn into animals.... see they thought of everything!

These two are going to be amazing parents... just the way they enjoy their nephews so much and take such good care of them. The boys are blessed to have such an amazing Aunt and Uncle.

And now the real fun begins! Aunt Lynda set up an Easter egg hunt for Shawn!

Where could all the eggs be?

Certainly not under these two sleepyheads.

Behind here they are!

Likin' Uncle Cody's glasses...

But not that yogurt melt in my mouth :-p

Right before we left Shawn decided to chase one of the kitties through their play house... and he got stuck!

At the mall and passed clean out from all the excitement.

Good byes...

and smooches.

Pappy, this picture is just for you... your daughter was so excited to show you what we caught at Cabelas... look familiar??? My Northern Pike!
