Six Years Later

The day before our six year anniversary Liz graciously offered to watch the kiddos so Jon and I could have a date day (our first in many many months... maybe over a year.)

Nine years ago when we were that starry eyed love crazy teen couple I was constantly taking picture of us. When I say the camera is glued to my wrist, that wasn't something that happened recently.

Yesterday while we were out and about having lunch at Applebees I decided to have us relive an old favorite pastime. Especially since all of our pictures of late are of our world, our pride & joys... our two beautiful boys.

Six year later... more in love than ever :)

After our date we felt a wee bit guilty for enjoying an outing all to ourselves. So we went home and gathered the kiddos around to head out to Pet Smart to let Shawn scope out the fish (something we're thinking of getting him for his birthday.) Afterwards we headed to Mcy D's for a quick family dinner.
