Auntie Stef

Kindergarten set the stage for a friendship that would last 20 years to this day. Stef and I have remained friends for two decades now... through elementary, middle, and high school... moving across the country and back... marriage... college... and kiddos.

Aunt Stef and her mom paid a visit to us last night to celebrate our Christmas a little early. Shawn, as always, was delighted to see her (nearly an hour before she arrived he kept checking the door to see if Auntie Stef had arrived.) She has always been so wonderful with the kiddos and it is apparent that she will be a natural when motherhood calls to her.
