Mechanical

Having two kiddos so close in age has some pretty neat advantages. There are all the cute matching outfits (which has the negative of buying two!) The fact that you never really left the baby stage with one when you have the next is great. And then there's transportation... double strollers. Hauling two in the same unit is wonderful. However, the regular double strollers are not so wonderful for getting out and active. A double jogging stroller was a must to kick off the spring season.

This new "toy" that needed assembled gave way to a beautiful opportunity for a father & son project. Watching them put this contraption together was priceless. Shawn is one lucky little guy to have such a patient and "eager to teach" father.

Assembling his tools.

Helping Daddy put the wheels on.

Shawn kept saying "The wheels are broken. Daddy fix it!"

Using his own "lil guy" tools to help out.

What a team!

Checking that tire pressure.

He grabbed a flash light all on his own and shinned it where Daddy was working!

Oil change?

Checking under the "hood."

Awesome stroller!

The finished product. Great teamwork.

That was a tough job (but someone had to do it) ;)

Landon had his own job to do...

Figuring out how to keep this strawberry vibrating.

Chompy.

Lovin' my new toys.

He really is this sweet ;)

Sound asleep...

But not for long!

And the term "pesky little brother" is invented.

(And naughty little brother, too!)

Definitely like father like son (Landon and Jon) Daddy was a very mischievious little lad too. I just love the way that Jon and Shawn are working together to assemble that stroller, it is absolutely priceless!

What sweet pics of Jon & Shawn! They look so cute working together (love the stroller btw!).

I can attest to the fact that yes Landon is as sweet as the pics showcase him to be. Delilah's lucky to have such a wonderful boyfriend ;-)
